John Consalvi, M.A., CCC-SLP
Upon graduation from the University of Illinois, John worked as a volunteer first grade teacher and a primary caregiver in a Guatemalan orphanage. John returned to the U.S to work in the Chicago Public Schools as a bilingual SLP. After working in the schools he started a private practice that grew into the first national speech-language pathology agency for bilingual speech-language pathologists. He responded to the need for higher quality training programs and resources for bilingual speech-language pathologists by developing a national annual training symposium. In addition, John has led the creation of published speech-language pathology materials. He is currently the founder and CEO of Lingua Health and the bilingual SLP resource GrupoLingua.com.
